How do I pay for an order?  You have a choice of using Paypal or Google Checkout/Wallet to process your payment. Google: You can pay by credit or debit cards via your Google Wallet account. Paypal: You will be taken to our shopping cart facility at Paypal, where you can pay securely by card or Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit/debit card. Paypal uses 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption so you can shop securely. Neither Google nor Paypal shares any of your card/banking information with Black Pearl Beads, they just securely process your payments for us.

How quickly will I receive my order? Orders should be posted within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours and sometimes the same day! You will receive a receipt from Paypal/Google and an email from Black Pearl Beads confirming dispatch.

Privacy  Black Pearl Beads & Findings will only use your personal details (ie email address, name and postal address) for the purpose of processing your order. We will not pass your details on to anyone else. Ever! We hate spam and junk mail.

Returns Under distance selling regulations, you may return items within 14 days of purchase. They must be in original unused condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting. A refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include your name & address in the package so it can be matched up with your order. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

About  Black Pearl Beads & Findings is a small family run business from Surrey and aims to provide a wide range of beads, charms and findings for your costume jewellery making needs. I started buying wholesale items for my own jewellery designs but realised there aren't enough hours in the day to make that much jewellery! I decided to start selling beads and findings, so I can still buy in bulk, keep what I need to use and sell the rest in more manageable quantities. As I am buying at wholesale prices I can sell to my customers at competitive rates.  I opened an eBay shop http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Black-Pearl-Beads-and-Findings  in April 2008 and have lots of happy customers, so decided to branch out and open this website to offer the same service to non-eBayers. My first website opened in Autumn 2008 and was redesigned and reopened in Autumn 2010.
